Store Policies:
All Sales Are Final. Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. Need Guidance? Shipping + Handling:
All online orders require a $50 minimum and always include free shipping, tracking, and insurance. Please note: Face Reality and Bio-Therapeutic products may ship separately, directly from the supplier instead of beautyxjaney HQ.

Pickup:
Prefer to pick up? Choose In-Spa Pickup at checkout and receive $5 off your next service when you collect your order at your appointment. Limit one $5 credit per appointment.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please document the issue and email us within 48 hours of the delivery date (per tracking). We will always do our best to help resolve the situation.
