Store Policies:
All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of skincare and personal products, all sales are final. If you’re unsure which products are right for you, we highly encourage booking a virtual consultation with our master esthetician. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please document the issue and email us within 48 hours of the delivery date (per USPS tracking). We’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
