Parking:
Free parking is available in the lot behind the building. If a parking attendant is present, just let them know you’re visiting the salon floor. Signs that say “no free parking” do not apply to salon guests. Take the outdoor stairs to the Regency entrance. If locked, use code #7570 on the call box. Once inside, go left down the hallway to Suite 23. If you arrive early, please wait in your car or the seating area near the entrance until your appointment time.

ADA Access:
An elevator is available through a private entrance on Ventura Blvd. Please text us in advance for the door code and access details. Task-trained service dogs are always welcome. While our suite is private and calm, some dogs — including service animals — may find the background noise in common areas, especially near hairstylist suites using blow dryers, overwhelming when walking through the building. Please keep this in mind as you prepare for your visit.

Restrooms:
Walk down the hallway and you’ll see two restroom doors — feel free to use them anytime during your visit. No key is required.

Forms:
If you haven't already, please complete your new client forms found in your confirmation text and email. These include important aftercare information.

Payment:
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Gratuity is optional and can be added to your card. Cash is welcome, but we do not carry change. Afterpay is available on purchases of $300+ at no extra cost.
